Shipping
UK orders start from £4.95.
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and major holidays. You will receive notification via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2-5 working days for your delivery to arrive for UK orders. This excludes made to order and personalised items.
All international shipping is Tracked and shipping with Europe starting from £10 and International starting from £19. Click here for more information.
All our international orders have a tracking number, you'll find this in your dispatch email.

Items that are sold out and that will be restocked will have a notification request on product page. You can request to be notified via email as soon as your item comes back in stock. Items that don’t have a notification are either limited edition or end of line and want be not be restocked.
Order
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. If your order has been shipped unfortunately it is not possible to cancel or change your order. Please not if you wish to cancel or change orders, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. Handmade, made to order and personalised items can’t be changed. Email us as soon as possible at hello@barkandtumble.com
If you need to exchange the size of your item that is no problem! Simply contact us here. This can only be exchanged for same style in different size unless size is out of stock.
Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of postage, unless the refund is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item delivered, in which case we cover the cost of the return and send a pre-paid return label (printer will need to be required).
Discount codes and gift cards
Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed, or applied to a previous purchase. The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.
No, only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once.
After you’ve added items to your cart and proceed to checkout, enter your gift card info into the “gift card or discount code” section to apply to your order.
Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.
