How long does it take for my order to be made?

Orders are processed within 2-3 days from when the order is created. We will send you a dispatch email as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Made to order items take 10-14 working days to be processed.

 

How can I determine what size to purchase?

The item I want is sold out, will it be available to purchase again?

Most items on our store are limited edition and a large range of our items are made to order we order small runs of fabric so we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. We aim to keep our core collections in stock year-round.

 

Shipping

How much is shipping within the UK? 

All UK orders cost £4.85 and send 1stClass reordered via royal mail.

 

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. This excludes weekends and major holidays. You will receive notification via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive for UK orders.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we are proud to ship internationally.

 

How much does international shipping cost?

All international shipping is Tracked and signed shipping with Europe costing £12.00, Canada £13.50, USA & Mexico £18.50 and the rest of the world £16.50. Click here for more information.

 

How long does international shipping take?

10-14 working days for your delivery to arrive from dispatch notification. International shipping does vary in time depending on exact location. Please note, this does not include any delays experienced at customs. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking information.

 

Can I get my order sooner?

Discount codes and gift cards 

Can I add a discount code after my order has been submitted?

Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed, or applied to a previous purchase. The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order. 

 

Can I combine promo codes on my order? 

No, only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once. 

 

How can I redeem my gift card?

After you’ve added items to your cart and proceed to checkout, enter your gift card info into the “gift card or discount code” section to apply to your order.

 

Do they have an expiry date? 

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.

 

How do I find out the balance on my card?

Returns and Exchanges 

Do you except refunds or exchanges?

We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. To be eligible, the product must be in a re-sellable condition with tags still on and in the original packaging. You will have 14 days from the time of purchase.

What happens if I order the wrong size for my pup?

If you need to exchange the size of your item that is no problem! Simply send us an email at info@barkandtumble.com This can only be swapped for same style in different size unless size is out of stock.

 

How long do I have to exchange items?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery of your items. In the event of a faulty or damaged item we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery of your items.

 

Where should I return my order?

Please email us at info@barkandtumble.com and we will give you the exact return address in the UK.

 

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of postage, unless the refund is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, in which case we cover the cost of the return and send a pre-paid return label.

 

How long does it take to process my returns?

It can take up to 10 days to be processed.

 

Do I have to pay postage to exchange?

Like all returns, we do not cover the cost of postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
