Orders are processed within 2-3 weeks from when the order is created. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will always notify you via email. (Please note, time frame subject to change)

Colours and print placement
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and print designs of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display will be an accurate depiction. Please note that as each item is handmade to order, fabric placement and pattern size can vary slightly from one piece to another, and as shown.
Returns and exchanges
Each garment is made to order. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Product are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear-and-tear are not considered to be faulty. Please make sure you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the purchase.
All returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving the product.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same style, size and color, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
